MaRHE Center has developed specific programs for high school students. The programs cover themes such as the enhancement of environmental resources (water resources in particular), climate change, and sustainability, through the discovery of some of our planet’s crucial ecosystems. All of this is particularly relevant today within the framework of the United Nations 2030 Agenda for sustainable development, and after the launching of the UNESCO Decade of Ocean Science.

The two workshops for high school students, which take place respectively in the Maldives and in Dubai, include a series of theoretical lessons and field activities held and coordinated by Italian researchers with many years of work experience in these areas. The activities can be run in Italian or in English.
